Lindt Chocolate Recipes

 

With the holidays coming up, prepare to impress your guests by offering delicious Lindt chocolate desserts.  From smooth milk chocolate fondues to chocolate bark, you’ll have the best desserts during the holidays.

Chocolate Fondue:

INGREDIENTS:

1 bar (3.5 ounces) Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Dark Chocolate, chopped

1 bar (3.5 ounces) Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE Milk Chocolate, chopped

2/3 cup cream (can be heavy cream, light cream or half and half)

 

METHOD:

Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until melted.In a saucepan, heat the cream until it just starts to boil.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a fondue pot and set out with a platter of dipping accompaniments.

Yields: About 4 servings

Chocolate Bark

INGREDIENTS:

4 bars (3.5 oz) Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa OR

Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE Milk Chocolate or

Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE White Chocolate

1 cup whole nuts (ex. almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc.)

 

METHOD:

Melt chocolate gently in a double boiler or in the microwave

Add the nuts to the melted chocolate. Stir to combine.

Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes, remove, and let set in a cool place.

Store in an airtight container, in a cool place.

YIELDS:

About 1 pound of bark.
