at, The Sweet Basket, pride ourselves on only the BEST in
quality, selection and service. If for any reason, you or
your gift recipient are not 100% completely satisfied, return
the basket and its contents to us within 7 days of the delivery
date and we will refund your purchase price!
Return and Refund Policy
Please ensure that all recipient information is entered
accurately, including recipient's full name and
apartment, condominium and/or suite number where
applicable. Incorrect shipping information may result in
a delay of delivery and/or additional fees from the
carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser.
If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete
shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted
immediately to provide an alternate shipping address.
Consequently, the purchaser will be required to pay
additional shipping charges for reshipment in addition
to a 15% handling fee.
The Sweet Basket inspects all gift baskets prior to
shipping. If your parcel appears to have been opened,
damaged or tampered with, please contact us so we can
make a claim with our carrier and arrange for a new
parcel to be delivered at no charge, or offer you a full
refund. We require that all damaged products be reported
within 3 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon
inspection of returned items.
Unfortunately, refunds are not available when The Sweet
Basket is provided with an incorrect or incomplete
address.

Return
Policy
Please note that all returns require a pre-authorization from
The Sweet Basket. Call our dedicated customer service at 1-800-683-3885
and they will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
which allows us to keep track of the return..
The
returned product must be in its original carton with all the
documentation, to insure full credit . No credit or replacement
will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received
and inspected by our staff. Return shipping costs are your responsibility
unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject
to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of
the delivery date.
Please
allow 8 - 10 business days to process your return/exchange.
You will receive mail informing you that a credit has been applied
towards your credit card.
All
refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only
and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase..
Please
note shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Cancellation
Policy
If
you have placed an order and wish to
cancel it, please call us at 1-866-683-3885 within
six hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any
charges. Orders which are not cancelled within six hours
are subject to a non-refundable handling fee equivalent to
20% of the total amount of the order.
If
your gift order has already left our facility, the purchaser
will also be responsible for any applicable shipping
charges.
Substitution
Policy
In order to ensure freshness we reserve the right from time
to time to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
We assure you the overall design, theme, color and quality of
the gift basket will not be compromised.
